Cancellation Policy

At The BRB Club, we begin processing your order quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, cancellations are only possible within a limited time window.

⏱️ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

🚫 When Cancellation is Not Allowed

Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:

  • The order has already been processed or dispatched
  • The request is made after the 12-hour window

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days

📩 How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel your order using any of the following methods:

🌐 Option 1: Cancel from Your Account (Fastest)

  1. Log in to your account on our website using the same email address you used to place your order.

  2. Go to My Orders.

  3. Select the order you want to cancel.

  4. Click Cancel Order and submit your request.

💬 Option 2: Send Us a WhatsApp Message

Simply reply to the WhatsApp number from which you received your order confirmation, or send us a message requesting cancellation. Please include your Order ID for faster processing.

  • Your Order ID

  • Your cancellation request
