At The BRB Club, we are committed to getting your order packed, dispatched, and delivered with speed and care.

🕒 Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours.

To ensure faster dispatch, we operate multiple processing cycles throughout the day:

Orders received before 9:00 AM are included in our morning processing cycle and are generally dispatched the same day.
Orders received between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM are included in our afternoon processing cycle and may also be dispatched the same day, depending on order volume.
Orders received after 12:00 PM are generally processed in the next day's dispatch cycle.

Orders placed after our processing cycles may therefore be dispatched on the following working day.

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, tracking details are generated and shared with you.

Our goal is simple — to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

Our average delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 3–4 business days
Other locations across India: 4–6 business days

For certain remote, less accessible, or difficult-to-service locations, delivery may take a few additional days.

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, as actual delivery time can depend on the destination, courier network, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

💸 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹499
₹50 flat shipping fee on orders below ₹499

The applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

There are no additional standard shipping charges beyond the amount displayed at checkout, except where a specific service or applicable charge is clearly communicated.

💳 Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

To provide the convenience of Cash on Delivery while helping us reduce fraudulent and unwanted COD orders, The BRB Club offers Partial COD on eligible orders.

With Partial COD:

You pay a ₹50 COD processing charge online when placing your order.
The full order value remains payable at the time of delivery.
The ₹50 COD processing charge is additional to your order value and is not deducted from the amount payable at delivery.

Example

For an order worth ₹899:

Prepaid:
₹899 paid online

Partial COD:
₹50 paid online + ₹899 payable at delivery

Total amount paid for the order under Partial COD: ₹949

Why do we charge ₹50 for Partial COD?

COD shipments involve additional processing, handling, and logistics costs.

The ₹50 Partial COD charge helps us cover a portion of these costs and also helps reduce fraudulent, fake, and unwanted COD orders.

If a Partial COD order becomes RTO

If you:

Refuse to accept the order
Are unavailable to receive the shipment after delivery attempts
Provide an incorrect or incomplete address
Provide an incorrect or unreachable phone number
Otherwise fail to accept the shipment

and the order is returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin), the ₹50 COD processing charge will not be refunded.

This amount is retained to cover part of the processing, handling, and logistics costs associated with the COD shipment.

By selecting Partial COD, you acknowledge and agree to these terms before placing your order.

📲 Order Tracking & WhatsApp Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking link via WhatsApp and Email.

You will also receive automatic order-status updates through WhatsApp, helping you stay informed throughout the delivery journey.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

⚠️ Delivery Delays & Exceptions

We always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeline. However, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

High order volumes during sales, festivals, or new launches
Courier or logistics partner delays
Weather conditions
Natural disasters or unforeseen events
Remote or difficult-to-service locations
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Operational disruptions within the courier network

In such situations, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeline.

We appreciate your patience while our logistics partners work to complete your delivery.

📍 Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your name, phone number, complete address, PIN code, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in:

Delivery delays
Failed delivery attempts
Additional shipping or re-shipping charges
The shipment being returned to us

For Partial COD orders, if incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information results in the shipment becoming RTO, the ₹50 COD processing charge will remain non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges & Exchange Shipping

For information regarding product returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Customer-initiated size exchanges are subject to a flat ₹99 exchange shipping fee, which covers applicable reverse pickup and reshipping costs.

If the exchange is required because we sent you a wrong, damaged, or defective product, NO exchange shipping fee will be charged, subject to verification.
